Important Notice
TCP products must be mounted on the vehicles by a professional or a competent person. TCP SA may not be held responsible for the consequences of a wrong assembly or the utilisation of an inadequate product on the vehicle.
Because of the sunlight, the rain etc. a motorcycle can suffer variations in the colour. Since our pieces are painted in the original colour, there may be a slight difference of colour.
Prices
The published prices are valid except in case of misprint. The prices of our products are quoted in Euros. The transport cost is not included. The invoices must be paid in Euros.
TCP SA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however the products will be invoiced with the prices in effect at the moment of the order.
Transport cost
The transport cost for Europe is specified. The transport cost for Balearics, Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla, Corsica, Azores and Madeira is more expensive because of their geographical situation. For these destinations and the rest of countries we will specify the transport cost in an email.

Payment and Security
We offer our clients three methods of payment:
1) By credit card online: this transaction is guaranteed by the Cyberpac system of La Caixa. All the operations that imply the transmission of personal or bank information are realised using a safe environment. The information transmitted to us is codified when passing through the Internet.
2) By bank transference
The client deposits the money in the bank account of TCP S.A. indicating his/her name or the name of the company to identify the order correctly. Please send us proof of payment by email or fax, indicating name or name of the company. Once TCP SA verifies the information, your order will be dispatched.
3) Paypal Express
Availability
The availability of our products depends on the existing stock available at TCP.
Terms of delivery
The products bought at TCP SA will be sent to the address indicated in the order. The delivery time for Europe is between one and two weeks. For the rest of the world the delivery time will be one week to one month, depending on the country.
TCP SA will not assume responsibility of the consequences due to a delay in the delivery. TCP SA will communicate by e-mail of any abnormal delay.
The client must verify the goods at the moment of delivery and before signing the receipt of delivery. If the client is not satisfied with the product, he/she will have to certify this in this precise moment, writing on the delivery note the motive of the complaint. The client will also have to inform TCP SA of the complaint by e-mail to info@tcpsa.com.
Return and refund
The client has 7 days to return a product, if he/she is not satisfied with the product. The client will have to pay the transport cost. Any claim formulated after this period will not be accepted. Products should be returned in original state, just as the client received them. TCP SA will examine the returned product, in order to verify its perfect condition. The receipt of the returned goods will not mean in any case acceptance or conformity of the state of the product. TCP SA will have a period of 15 days to notify the client of the acceptance of the product or the existing damages, if there are any.
If the client wants a change, he/she must inform us by e-mail: info@tcpsa.com. After this the client will have to return the article assuming transport cost, in its original box, intact, accompanied by all the possible accessories and mounting instructions to the following address:

Any damaged product will not be reimbursed.
TCP SA will refund the amount of the purchase, in less then one month after the receipt of the product. The refund will be carried out by the same system of payment that the client has used.
Guarantee
All TCP products benefit from the legal guarantee for unrecognizable defects. The client has to preserve the invoice of the product in order to benefit from the guarantee.
The guarantee does not cover:
-Damage caused by an installation not in accordance to the mounting instructions
- Damage as a consequence of misuse,
- Damage caused by external forces or impacts.
Export
The client will be liable for the fulfilling of the applicable regulation, obtaining of licenses or corresponding permissions and formalities in general.
The conditions of sale, delivery and transmission of the risk for exportation will be Incoterm 20 DDU.
Applicable law
The present General Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
All disputes which may arise between TCP SA and the client relating to the general conditions and (the use of) the Webshop shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona. All the sales carried out by TCP SA are submitted to the present general conditions. The client declares that he/she accepts the content of the General Conditions.
